IS THIS THE ORIGINAL PAINTING?
Yes, all paintings sold here are the original, hand-painted artworks by Holly Lishman. Each painting is a one-of-a-kind piece created using professional-grade oil paints on canvas.
is the painting signed?
Yes, all paintings are signed on the front by the artist, are stamped with a unique authenticity number on the back and come with a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity.
will my original artwork come framed?
Original artworks are sold unframed unless otherwise stated. This allows you to choose a frame that suits your space and style. I am happy to advise on framing options or provide a frame if requested.
how is the original painting packaged?
Original artworks are carefully wrapped using arrchival-safe materials, corner protectors, a custom-made protective dust bag and packaged in shipping-safe boxes of crates. I use professional courier services to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition.
how much is shipping for originals?
Shipping costs are dependent on size and location. Please check the individual product descriptions for details.
DO YOU SHIP ORIGINAL ARTWORK INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, international shipping is available for original artworks. There will be an increased shipping cost for international orders. Please check the individual product descriptions for details.
Can i return an original painting?
Due to the nature of original artworks, I am unable to accept returns unless the piece arrives damaged. If there are any issues please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
do you accept payment plans?
If you’d like to purchase an original and spread the cost, please get in touch - I am happy to discuss payment plans for serious collectors.
can i commission a custom painting?
Yes, I offer a very limited number of equestrian and wildlife commissions each year. Please get in touch if you have an idea or subject you’d love to bring to life.

are they limited edition?
Yes, the prints are Limited Edition. There will only ever be a maximum of 50 prints per painting sold.
will they be signed?
Yes, each print is signed and numbered.
what size are the prints?
The size of the prints will be detailed in the product description. Each print is slightly smaller than the original painting.
what kind of paPer do you use?
The prints are printed onto archival paper, this is the highest quality grade paper designed to preserve the colours of the print and last a lifetime. The paper used is Classic Smooth Museum Heritage Permajet paper, 310gsm.
are the colours true to the original painting?
Yes, each print has been carefully produced to replicate the true colours and vibrancy of the original paintings.
will the print come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, each print is supplied with a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity.

How will my print be packaged?
Prints are packaged with glassine paper to protect the surface of the print and delivered in a postal tube.
when will my order be dispatched?
Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of your order being placed.
do you ship internationally?
Yes, shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
how long will delivery take?
For UK orders, delivery will be within 48 hours after your order has been shipped.
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the courier service.
can i track my order?
Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

what size frame do i need?
Recommended frame sizes are outlined in the product description. All prints are made to fit standard sized frames. Mounts are not required but optional mount sizes are also included in the product description section.
