Art has always been my happy place. When I was little, I’d spend hours in my room completely lost in a creative project — painting, drawing, making something just for the joy of it. It was the one thing that made everything else fade away.
When I was 22, I had an accident and lost the use of my hands. Relearning to hold a pen was one of the first steps in my recovery, and through that, I found my way back to art. It gave me purpose, focus, and a way to heal — and over time, I fell in love with it all over again. Now, creating is a daily part of my life. It’s my escape, my therapy, and the thing that keeps me grounded.
I’ve always felt deeply connected to animals and nature, and that’s what I’m most drawn to painting. I work mainly in oils and acrylics, creating realistic pieces that try to capture the soul of wildlife and the magic of the natural world.
Music and beautiful scenery inspire me the most — that feeling you get standing in front of a breathtaking view, under a sky full of stars, or watching the sun dip below the horizon. I want to paint those moments — the ones that make you stop, breathe, and remember how big the world is, and how lucky we are to be in it.
